“Breastfeeding? 😬”

If you want to breastfeed your baby, but feel at all unconfident or anxious about it, this class is especially for you. Nursing can be a uniquely soul-nourishing experience with lifelong health benefits for both you and your baby. But without clear guidance, many new parents find themselves underprepared and overwhelmed. The good news is, a little preparation can go a long way in helping you feed your baby with peace and confidence.

This FREE class, led by a Lactation Consultant, can help you get breastfeeding off to a strong start from the moment your baby arrives. Since it’s on-demand and all on video, you can watch it from the comfort of your couch. This class is perfect for you if any of these are true:

You’ve rarely or never seen a newborn baby breastfeeding up close.

You’re unclear on how to establish a good milk supply.

You want to learn how to tell if breastfeeding is going well, and signs it’s time to get help.

You want to avoid challenges like nipple pain and low milk supply.

You feel nervous about breastfeeding or would like to grow your confidence.

“There are tons of breastfeeding books, Youtube videos, and Facebook groups out there. This class is BY FAR the best resource I found. If you are committed to breastfeeding, this info is exactly what you need.

Hi! I’m Kate.

The founder of Mighty Milk.

Like you, I wanted to give my baby the world. When I was pregnant, I thought I had everything in place: the adorable nursery, endless gear, the perfect recliner. But when my sweet boy was born, reality struck hard. I was blindsided by the many challenges of breastfeeding.

But when I looked for helpful resources, aside from lugging my baby to a Lactation Consultant, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. A breastfeeding class I had taken at my hospital still left me looking (and feeling) like a deer in headlights. So, I put my career creating digital content to work, and teamed up with a well respected expert to create a new type of breastfeeding class.

Unlike anything else out there, we don’t just teach you how to deal with breastfeeding challenges once it’s already too late. We teach you how to avoid common problems before they take root, and give you the confidence and knowledge that would have made a world of difference for me when my baby was born. I hope you’ll join us.

Have Any Questions?

When in my pregnancy should I take this class?

You can take this class at any point during your pregnancy. Taking it in the second or third trimester is ideal. The more you can prepare and educate yourself ahead of time, the better.

Is this class in place of seeing a Lactation Consultant?

There is no such thing as being too prepared for breastfeeding your baby. Most new moms today have never before seen a newborn baby nurse up close before they do it themselves with their own babies. If you are meeting with an IBCLC before and/or after your baby is born, fantastic. This class can help you prepare for, and get the most of out those appointments. You will also likely learn a lot that you won’t typically cover with your IBCLC. The more support and knowledge you have, the more you’ll set yourself up for success.

Can I take the class with my partner/spouse/support person?

YES! Studies show that partner and family participation is one of the most important factors for breastfeeding success. We’ve heard from our customers that watching the class together allows both parents to feel inspired, excited, and on the same page about breastfeeding.

I'm not sure I want to breastfeed. Should I still take this class?

We support you in making any decision that is right for you and your family. Our class is geared towards mothers who are interested in breastfeeding. However, we’ve heard from customers who were unsure if they wanted to breastfeed. They reported that this class helped them feel better prepared if they did choose to breastfeed their baby, and in some cases, it inspired them to try it. No matter how you feed your baby, you are welcomed and valued here.

How long do I get access for?

You get access to this class for 30 days. This is for two reasons: it gives you a little push to watch the whole class instead of procrastinating, and it allows other families to get access since we have limited room in our software. Our paid classes provide six months of access.
